Someone wrote this in one of my communities.....
Dave Schwartz called this so right during Overnight Outlook last night: I just read the latest NHC Discussion and they are keeping Zeta with an Advisory estimate of 50mph this evening. But looking at recent visible and water vapor loops, Scatterometer, and even everything else, I think they are just humoring our poor little tropical whirlwind at this point. Still, I'm betting that there's a *sliver* of a chance for the shear to relax - and if Zeta is lucky, he may possibly also benefit from being over some slightly warmer water (more like less cool, in all actuality) - and perhaps also derive some kind of baroclinic boost from interacting with the next trof. What say you? Are you with me in giving our last "tenacious" TC of the 2005 season a benefit-of-the-doubt farewell? ;)
People, NOT gunna die. Power....out.

It breaks my heart that the reprot was wrong and the miners died. All but one. Something really important might be in store for that man. He must have some things he's meant to still do.
I've been a hermit lately it seems, staying at home(s). Dunno, it's just been like that for a while. |
|
Haven't updated anything in a while, but I had a great xmas, and new year and hope everyone else had the same.
And Thank God, those miners are alive.
aaannnd I think I have strep troat. Yay. |

Ok, I understand that All Things Must Pass and Everything Happens For A Reason, but WHY IN GOD'S NAME did John Spencer have to die? He had a heart attack and flat dropped out. He was such a beautiful guy and West Wing will NOT be the same without him. He was my favorite guy on there. ::raises fist:: It just didn't seem like his time, he was only 58.

You fit in with: Spiritualism
Your ideals are mostly spiritual, but in an individualistic way. While spirituality is very important in your life, organized religion itself may not be for you. It is best for you to seek these things on your own terms.
40% spiritual. 40% reason-oriented.

LiveJournal is getting increasingly less simple and a bit full of itself. Although, I love any organization with the balls to call a sheep "Frank" (they're wirey, sheep).
My father makes me sick...no, literally, he passed on to me whatever cold he had. So my head is up, up, and away like a beautiful balloon.
This guy in my English class is getting increasingly on my nerves, I had to walk nearly around the entire school just to avoid him. Why don't I just tell him to fuck off? Hmm, good idea. Another good idea would be for him to wash his hair, it crinkles like plastic. ::SPEW::
I thought coming to college that I would get a whole new basket of people to dislike, not the same ones I feigned friendship with in high school.
I hope ignoring him is enough. He doesn't seem to take a hint. He and that boy with Tourette's that haunts me and stares at me in Geology. One metion of "L-Waves (Love waves)" in earthquakes and he's drooling at me. Christ what's with all the Clingers at this school? I rarely see the Original Clinger, thankthelord.
I know I sound horrid and ungrateful, but really, why should I suffer fools? You wouldn't and I'm done.
Other than all that hassle, I'm waiting for the morning. Despite my cold, I'm going to Geology class, and maybe get a little lovin after school.
I have to register with my advisor Tuesday and tell her my deepest, darkest secret that I have NO FUCKING CLUE what I want to do with the rest of my life and everything offered at this "University" is for small-town folk that just want to grow up to be nurses and teachers, not....whatever I want to be. I'm sure I'll have her undivided attention and get a word in between yawns.
Alanis covered Seal's "Crazy" and by God, I really like it. It's like old-school Alanis where she sounded mainstream by accident, not becuase she was trying to (i.e "So-called Chaos")
My recommended download of the week is Bill Wither's "Use Me Up" Goooooood funky song.
Thanks for reading, babes.

The Live West WIng Debate was nothing short of unfuckingbelievable. The things they said were better than ANY politician I've heard. I'm for "REAL" debates from now on.
Jimmy Smitz has come A LOOOONG was from NYPD Blue. And Alan was well, blissful and the things he said about Africa were incredibly refreshing.
Text message from Chas : "Jew Power" . Hehehe. yes yes yes.
